Description: The Harassment of David Schlesinger and his Family
According to David "Lefty" Schlesinger, Brandon Lozza contacted his manager, coworkers, his company’s customers and his family claiming Schlesinger had called Richard Stallman a rapist and fabricated his employment record at Apple, forged comments in Schlesinger’s name on Lozza’s blog, presented himself as a journalist, and publicly claimed to have evidence Schlesinger was a “drug abuser” and soon a “pedophile” while privately admitting he had none.
Schlesinger’s account, published February 2010, archived here:
Proof: Schlesinger’s blog post
As you’ve seen just this past week, Brandon Lozza (posting on identi.ca as “@ender2070” and Twitter as “@atlasdx”) has suggested that I’ve fabricated my employment record at Apple and claimed that I said that Richard Stallman was guilty of being a rapist, among a variety of other, interesting claims.
On his blog at pwnage.ca, Lozza has forged fabricated comments in my name, in spite of my being prominently listed on the site as a “banned poster”. Lozza has also been in the habit of searching out press releases mentioning my company and sending emails to people at our customers' places of business asking if they knew I’d “called Richard Stallman, president of the free software foundation a rapist?” He’s sent similar messages to a variety of people at my own place of business.
Not satisfied with that—evidently because he got no response, my manager asked me, “Who’s this lunatic?"—he started emailing members of my family with this nonsense. He previously had an ”@ender2070" ID on Twitter, now deleted, on which he claimed to have evidence that I was a “drug abuser” on what occasion, and that he expected to have evidence “shortly” that I was a “pedophile”. I have a private email from him in which he admits that he had no such evidence at all.
In writing to my direct manager, he claimed to be with the press. He’s claimed today on identi.ca that he’s a “journalist”. He’s an hourly computer repair technician.

Description: HRTO Human Rights Complaint & Reprisal Claim
Britney Lozza filed a human rights complaint/legal action with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario against the Ontario Provincial Police alleging discrimination and reprisal on the grounds of sex, gender identity and gender expression in the course of her interactions with police officers.
Proof: HRTO interim decision PDF
- Applicant: Britney Lozza
- Respondent: Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (Ontario Provincial Police)
- File Number: 2017-29111-I
- Citation: 2018 HRTO 1768
- Indexed as: Lozza v. Ontario Provincial Police
Interim decision
On December 11, 2018 the Tribunal declined to throw out the complaint because the facts were in dispute and turned on credibility, and directed the parties to consider mediation.
Outcome: Withdrawn by Lozza on September 8, 2020.
Lozza withdrew this complaint on September 8, 2020.
On October 16, 2020 she asked the Tribunal to undo the withdrawal, claiming she had only withdrawn because “cannabis psychosis” made her paranoid that the police were stalking her.
Her statement to the Tribunal on October 16, 2020:
I no longer wish to withdraw 2017-29111-1. I was suffering from cannabis psychosis and this caused an extreme amount of paranoia. I thought that the OPP were stalking me because of what Jason Tereszko had said during out OLRB hearing. That is why I requested to withdraw.
On December 21, 2020 the Tribunal denied the request, and the complaint stayed closed as withdrawn, with the Tribunal finding no evidence to support her claim of psychosis.
HRTO decision 1022: Credibility Problem: Tribunal Found No Evidence of Her Claimed “Cannabis Psychosis”
The Tribunal also noted that she represents herself in several other cases before the Tribunal and at the OLRB (paras 12, 15, 18 and 19).

Description: OLRB Human Rights Complaint & Reprisal Claim
Britney Lozza filed a human rights complaint/legal action with the Ontario Labour Relations Board against former employer Northern Nerds, after leaving to go back to school, alleging she was misclassified as an independent contractor, was owed vacation, public holiday and termination pay, and was subjected to reprisals.
She filed on September 19, 2019. The next day an OPP constable told her she would be seeking an arrest warrant. A warrant was obtained, she turned herself in and was charged with criminal harassment, and the Crown later dropped the charge (OLRB paras 31, 32 and 45).
- Applicant: Britney Lozza
- Respondent:
Jason A. Tereszkooperating as Northern Nerds - OLRB Case Number: 1818-19-ES
- Citation: 2020 CanLII 62081 (ON LRB)
Topic of Interest: Threatening Demand Letter and the Response
On May 27, 2019, from her Sheridan College email, Lozza sent Tereszko a letter the OLRB described as “vitriolic”. It accused him of fraud and of treating her like a slave, called him a psychopath, a fake, a liar and a cheat, and demanded $5,400 for “injury to dignity, feelings and self-respect” along with EI/CPP remittances, T-4 slips and vacation pay. She warned that he could not hide from her litigation and said she would file with the Ministry of Labour on June 3, 2019 unless he paid $600 down.
On May 28, 2019 Tereszko reported the letter to the OPP as harassment and extortion, and to Sheridan College. On May 29 her college email was suspended; she rescinded her settlement offer, and Tereszko, on the instructions of his legal counsel, told her not to contact him, his team or his clients. On June 9, 2019 an OPP constable warned her that she would be charged with criminal harassment if she contacted Tereszko or anyone at Northern Nerds.
Source: OLRB decision PDF (paras 25–30)
Outcome: OLRB ruled for her on August 21, 2020.
On August 21, 2020 the Board found she was an employee, awarded her $960 in vacation pay and $2,500 for reprisals, and found that Tereszko’s reports to Sheridan College and the OPP were reprisals contrary to the Employment Standards Act (OLRB paras 36, 38, 46, 50 and 51).

FactoryDirect,Canada ComputersandTLC Visionentries below (this is not an assertion of whether or not false statements were made to the court or whether the publicly captured resume is inaccurate but a statement that the OLRB finding for whatever reason differs from her publicly claimed work history).

- action against the Ontario Provincial Police in gender identity suit
- action against the Ontario Provincial Police in 2020 suit
- some time between 2016 and 2018, changed name to Britney Lozza which resulted in an apparent obfuscation of the documented history of defamatory, harassing behaviours, and “litigation patterns”.
Other unconfirmed claims by third parties:
as reported by several who claim to know him on IRC:
- potentially divorced – needs confirmed
