Description
On a group trip in Hong Kong involving at least Y, Z, A:
- A thought Z was approaching Y in the dark and couldn’t see well, but looked like unwanted advances at the gathering
- A says that Y told A that Y felt uncomfortable, so A took Z’s spot in the cab back at the end of the night so Z can get the next one
On an unspecified later date:
- S and A were discussing Z at S’s apartment in san fran. in 2017
- A says that S told A that Z had made repeated and unwanted sexual advances towards S
- A says that S told A that Z had made aggressive and inappropriate sexual statements in front of others about S after being rejected by S.
On a later date in 2018:
- A says that X told A that Z had made an advance on X while X was in a “mentally compromised state”
- A states that A introduced X, Y, S all to each other so they could support each other.
Statement Analysis
- No statement by A in this motion was not an accusation relayed by other parties and at no point was inappropriate behaviour by Z observed by A.
- The accusations that were relayed appear to solely describe acts of sexual harassment by Z and not rape.
- A expresses support consistently for X, Y, S, based on what A has been told about Z by X, Y and S.
- A claims to have introduced X, Y, S to each other.
- A files this supportive motion for S in Z->S defamation trial over allegations of rape made by S and contested by Z.
